You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

Binance Auto Trading provides an automated cryptocurrency trading platform powered by artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. Our services include:

• Automated trading of cryptocurrencies on your behalf using AI-driven algorithms
• Real-time market analysis and trade execution
• Portfolio management and diversification
• Daily commission payments based on deposit amounts
• Account dashboard with performance analytics and reporting
• Customer support and educational resources

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice, without liability to you.

To access our services, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.

As a user of our Platform, you agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems
• Use the Platform to transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or servers
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate or exploit the system
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of our algorithms
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Platform
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or our staff

Violation of these obligations may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit requirement: $100 USD or equivalent in cryptocurrency
• Accepted cryptocurrencies: BTC, ETH, USDT, and other supported tokens as listed on the Platform
• Fiat deposits accepted via bank transfer and credit/debit cards (subject to verification)
• All deposits are final and non-refundable except as required by law

Commission Structure:

• Daily commission rate: 0.1% of your total deposit amount
• Commission is calculated and credited daily at 00:00 UTC
• Commission payments are automatic and do not require user action
• The Company reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' notice

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can be requested at any time through your account dashboard
• Processing time: 24-48 hours for standard withdrawals
• Minimum withdrawal amount: $50 USD or equivalent
• Network fees (gas fees) for cryptocurrency withdrawals are paid by the user
• We reserve the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals

All payments and financial transactions are subject to our internal fraud detection and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

Key Risks Include:

• Market Volatility: Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and can experience rapid price fluctuations
• Loss of Capital: You may lose some or all of your invested capital
• Technology Risk: Technical issues, bugs, or system failures may impact trading performance
• Regulatory Risk: Changes in cryptocurrency regulations may affect the Platform's operations
• Liquidity Risk: You may not be able to sell your assets at desired prices during market disruptions
• No Guarantee of Returns: Past performance does not guarantee future results. The 0.1% daily commission is not guaranteed and may be adjusted or discontinued
• AI Limitations: Our AI algorithms are sophisticated but not infallible and may not always perform optimally

By using our services, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes. You should never invest more than you can afford to lose.

All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software code, algorithms, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content") are the exclusive property of Binance Auto Trading and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without express written permission
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer any part of our technology
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

The Company, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Technical malfunctions, system failures, or data loss
• Interruption or cessation of service

In no event shall the Company's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Binance Auto Trading and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Platform
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Platform caused damage to a third party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Platform.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the Platform, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

You have certain rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at legal@binanceauto.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California, USA, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in San Francisco County, California for the resolution of any disputes not subject to arbitration.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds in your account, subject to our withdrawal policies and any applicable fees.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Binance Auto Trading.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.

Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
